Create a Tracker
Trackers define what you record and how you enter it. Start with a template or configure one from scratch.
Create a Tracker
Open the creation screen
Select Edit in the app navigation, then selectCreate Tracker in the lower-right corner.
Choose a starting point
Choose Create custom Trackerto start from scratch, or select a quick-start template with suggested settings.
Name your Tracker
Enter a clear name such as “Sleep,” “Meditation,” or “Water.” A name is required.
Choose a type
Choose one of four categories, then select the sub-category that matches the value you want to record.
- Checkbox
- Standard checkbox for checked or unchecked entries, orThree-state checkbox for Yes, Neutral, and No.
- Number
- Number input,Range slider,Percentage, orNumber with unit.
- Text
- Short text,Long text,List / tags, orTime of day.
- Selection
- Single choice for one option orMultiple choice for several options from a list you define.
Configure type-specific settings
Additional fields appear only when the selected type needs them.
Range slider
Set the minimum, maximum, and step. You can also add optional labels to explain both ends of the scale.
Percentage
Choose the step used between 0% and 100%.
Number with unit
Enter a unit such as “glasses,” “kg,” or “hours.” A unit is required for this type.
Single or multiple choice
Add the options people can select. At least one choice is required.
Configure stats and streaks
These options control the summary information shown for the Tracker.
Use streak
Track consecutive successful days. Success can depend on a checkbox state, a Yes/Neutral/No value, a numeric target, or whether an entry is present.
Show 30-day success percentage
Show how often the Tracker met its success rule during the last 30 days.
Show 30-day average
Available for standard checkboxes, number types, and short or long text. Missing days can be ignored, counted as 0, or counted as 1.
Preview and finish
The preview shows how the Tracker will look when you fill in today's entry. Check the input and settings, then select Add new Tracker.
