Set up a tracker
Give it a name and choose how you want to log it: text, number, checkbox, slider, time, or a custom choice.
Local-first self-tracking
Create the trackers you need, fill them in once a day, and check your history whenever you want. Your data stays on your device.
Different uses, one daily log
DailySelfTrack combines a habit tracker, health journal, and diary in one customizable app. Create the trackers you need and choose how each one is entered. Everything is stored locally on your device.
How it works
Start with a name and an input type. Extra settings are there when you need them.
Give it a name and choose how you want to log it: text, number, checkbox, slider, time, or a custom choice.
Open a group, enter your values, and move on. You can also fill in earlier days.
Check your calendar, streaks, charts, or 30-day summaries.
Choose what you log
Log a yes or no, a number, a time, a few words, or a longer note. Each tracker can use a different input.
Choose from text, numbers, sliders, time, percentages, tags, custom choices, and several checkbox types.
Put related trackers in a group and choose a daily reminder time.
Review your history as a list, calendar, heatmap, summary, or chart.
Choose a simple or detailed export. Open the file in a spreadsheet or keep it as a backup.
Stored on your device
Trackers and entries are saved locally in your browser's IndexedDB. DailySelfTrack does not send them to a server.
